Appointment Status Report

Using the customizable Event Report, you can track appointment statuses—booked, Arrived, Late, No-Show, or Cancelled. Within the Reporting section, you can filter by practitioner, patient, and date range to uncover trends, resolve scheduling challenges, and support better patient care while protecting your revenue.

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Click on Reports (Graph icon in the top left header).
3. Select Events.
4. Customize the report using the appropriate filters and column, including All Arrival Statuses.
