Connect a Payment Processor

Noterro integrates with two payment processors: Square and Bambora (also known as Worldline).

Integrating a payment processor allows invoices to be paid directly from the mapped cards on a patient profile or an invoice. It also supports online booking, requiring full payment, a deposit, or a credit card on file before a booking is confirmed. This not only streamlines payment collection but can also help reduce no-shows.

For security, Noterro does not store credit card information. All card data is securely stored with the payment processor. The cards in a patient’s profile are mapped to those stored with the processor, ensuring compliance and protection.

Square Integration

• Works with Square Readers (payments via a mobile device) and the Square Terminal (mobile device or desktop).
• Does not integrate with the Square Register.

Bambora Integration

• Payments are made primarily through cards mapped to the patient profile and processed directly in Noterro.

By combining payment processing with online booking, clinics can simplify billing, improve cash flow, and minimize late cancellations.
