Exploring Snapshots

Noterro Snapshots is a powerful yet often misunderstood feature that serves as the patient summary section. Snapshots can pull information directly from intake forms. When creating questions in an intake form template, you can mark them as auto snapshot so that when a patient completes those questions, the answers are automatically injected into the snapshot section.

Snapshots aren’t static and can be updated anytime, with all historical changes tracked. You can also add snapshot entries directly from the patient profile or a note, and those updates will be recorded in the history as well. Any information in the snapshot can be marked as resolved when it is no longer relevant.

Snapshots are ideal for capturing and tracking key patient information, such as common conditions, medications, surgeries, and illnesses. They provide a clear, high-level view of a patient’s profile in one place, making it easier to review important details at a glance.
