Resolve Calendar Appointment Issues with Google Two-Way Sync

When you use Google Two-Way Sync, your Noterro calendar will combine Noterro-added events and events from your Google calendar. You may want to add an appointment to your Noterro calendar at the same time as a Google event. To solve this problem, you will need to enable Double Booking.

Double booking will allow you to book overlapping appointments and create more space on your calendar to book appointments simultaneously. First, you need to enable Double Booking.

Enable Double Booking Mode

1. Login as the Admin
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Under the Calendar heading, click on Settings.
4. Click on the Switch for Double Booking Mode.

View the Calendar in Double Booking Mode

1. Hold down the Shift key + the 'D' key.
2. Or, click on the Three dots in the top right calendar header.
3. On a smaller mobile device, click on the Hamburger Menu (three lines) on the top left of the screen, then click the Switch for Double Booking.
