Exporting Patients from Mindbody
Export as much detail from your patient export from Mind Body as possible.
Click on Reports (top menu) > Clients (left menu) > Mailing List.
The mailers and data exports page will contain a box that you can use to opt in to ‘All Clients’. To export all patients in the database, enter the criteria for the report and click on the generate button.
When the report is finished generating, click on the XLS icon in green, to export the list of patients as an Excel file.

Use the Schedule at a Glance Report to export Appointments.
Click on Reports (top menu) > Schedule Report (left menu) > Schedule at a Glance.
Use the checkbox options provided to configure the report. Be sure to turn on the ‘Schedule By’ option.
Be sure to export past appointments as well as future appointments for patients.
If reports are timing out, you may need to break down the appointment or patient report exports into smaller amounts.
