Exporting a Customer List from Square
To export your customers as a CSV (comma-separated values) file from Square:
1. Sign in to your online Square account to open your Square Dashboard
2. Select Customers in the options menu on the left
3. Select Directory
4. Select Import/Export to expand the menu
5. Select Export Customers
6. Select All Customers
7. Select Export to build the report
8. Select Download to save the file to your device

To export your past & upcoming appointment history as a CSV file from Square:
1. From the History tab, you can view and export your appointment history
2. Select Export in the top-right corner
3. Follow the steps to save the file to your device
