How To Export Patients from Acuity

1. Navigate to Patients.
2. Go to the Import/Export section.
3. Click Export Patient List to Excel.

Important Note: Use the drop-down list to batch export Patients into smaller batches if the system times out.

How To Export Appointments from Acuity

1. Navigate to Reports.
2. Click Appointments.
3. Click Export to a spreadsheet.
4. Using the options available to filter the information by date range, cancelled appointments, and intake forms.
5. Click on ‘Export Appointment to Excel,’ and the file will download as a CSV file.
