If you're migrating from Write Upp to Noterro, follow the steps below.
Coming from Write Upp, we’ll need you to upload your Patient export with as much detail as possible. You can export data out of Write Upp by using their Data Export Tool. Patient Demographics can be exported into Excel or CSV file formats. Noterro accepts both.
Your appointments can also be exported using Write Upp’s Data Export tool. They can be exported into Excel or CSV files, which are fine for us to import. Just remember to run the entire date range of appointments (past and future!).
Write Upp also provides a PDF Export of all charts. Their notes are provided in PDF rather than as an Excel or CSV file because they contain additional contextual information that cannot be presented in Excel, like tables or annotated images. We can import image files (such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, or other basic image file types) if we can successfully match them to a Patient. A unique Identifier should be included in the chart export so we know which Patient to link the chart to.
You can book a migration call using this link: noterro.com/support/migration. We'll answer any questions you have and securely transfer your files.
We will upload the Patient data provided and the attachments (forms, notes, receipts, etc.) to each Patient accordingly. We'll let you know when your import is complete.
