  • LucyAI - Noterro's AI-based assistant, who's excellent for immediate answers to general questions. She cannot access account-specific information and can make mistakes, especially on more advanced questions.
  • Chat Support - Chat with a human. Either from within your account or from our homepage, you can start a chat.
  • Ticket Support - Connect to a human. Submit a ticket anytime, we'll respond during our support hours below.
  • Phone Support - Book a call for phone or screenshare support.
