Booking a Mobile Appointment

If your Practitioner offers mobile treatments, as a Patient, you can now book an appointment for this service from your Web Portal & App.

Booking Mobile Appointments From the Home Page (Service)

  1. Log into your Web Portal.
  2. Go to the Home Screen (left sidebar).
  3. Select a Service.
  4. Select the Location and choose your Mobile Address.
  5. Select the Date and Time and press continue.
  6. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: Remember to include your mobile number when completing your booking so that the Practitioner can reach you if they need to or require additional information.

Booking Mobile Appointment From the Home Page (Location)

  1. Log into your Web Portal.
  2. Go to the Home Screen (left sidebar).
  3. Under the Locations category, Select your Go Location.
  4. Select the Service, along with the appropriate Duration and Practitioner.
  5. Select the Date and Time and press continue.
  6. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: Remember to include your mobile number when completing your booking so that the Practitioner can reach you if they need to or require additional information.

Booking Mobile Appointment From the My Location Page

  1. Log into Web Portal.
  2. Go to My Locations (left sidebar).
  3. Select a Location. If you have multiple locations, select the location you prefer for treatment.
  4. Click Book at This Location.
  5. Select the Service.
  6. Select the Time and Date, then press continue.
  7. Verify your appointment details and press Proceed to Book.

Important Note: If you would like treatment at a different Go Location, add the new location on this page and then proceed to book your appointment. Including your mobile number when completing your booking is important to allow the Practitioner to contact you if they need additional assistance.
