Checking GO Location Eligibility

In the Web Portal, in a logged-out state, a Patient can check if their address fits the criteria for receiving mobile care.

Checking Eligibility for Mobile Appointments

  1. Log into the Clinics Web Portal (i.e. wellnesscenter.noterro.com).
  2. Go to the Home Page.
  3. Under Location Category, you'll see Mobile Appointments.
  4. Press Check a Location.
  5. Enter your Location.
  6. If your address is in the service area, you'll receive the message, "Great news! We service this area!"
  7. Sign Up or Log in to continue.

Important Note: If your address is outside the service area, you will get the message, "Sorry! We don't service this area!"
