How Do I Add a Mobile Location

A GO Location is different from a Profile Location. As a Patient, you can set up multiple GO Locations depending on where you would like your mobile therapist to treat you.

Create a Mobile Address

1. Log into your Web Portal.
2. Go to My Location (left sidebar).
3. Add Location.
4. Select your Profile Address or enter a New Address.
5. Press Continue.
6. Fill out the Location Details.

Important Note: You will get an alert when entering an address outside the practitioner's service area. In addition, under the My Location tab, you can edit the location address and the location details or remove the location altogether.
