Invoice Payments Management: Pay (Transaction) a Single Invoice

Your clinic will want Patients to pay their invoices, settle their bills, and make outstanding payments. There are three easy ways Patients can pay and settle an invoice.

Method One: Billing Activity

1. Click on the Billing Icon in the left navigation.
2. Select the Invoice to be paid (for example, INV-3).
3. Click Pay.
4. Click the Add Payment Method button.
5. Click Add Payment Method.
6. Select Payment Method.
7. Click Pay.

Method Two: Patient Profile Page

1. Click on the Patient's name.
2. Click on the Billing tab.
3. Click on the Pay icon in the line where the Invoice (for example, INV-3) is located.
4. Click Add Payment Method.
5. Select Payment Method.
6. Click Pay.

Method Three: An Appointment

1. Click on the Appointment.
2. Click on the Invoice (for example, INV-3).
3. Click on Pay.
4. Click Add Payment Method.
5. Select Payment Method.
6. Click Pay.

Important Note: To simplify the payment process, click Quick Pay and select a quick payment method. You can also send the invoice to the Patient by clicking the three dots above the Pay button and then selecting Print, Email, or PDF.
