Quick Paying an Invoice

Quick pay will save you steps and allow you to quickly pay off an invoice in one step. This is the fastest way to pay an invoice, and is the best way to pay an invoice when all of the following are true:

  1. Click on the Invoice (example, INV-3).
  2. Click on Quick Pay.
  3. Select the method of payment, the method of payment includes Cards on File (Square or Bambora), Square Card Present (Reader or Terminal), Account Credit (if the patient has credit) and any of your custom Payment Methods.
  4. The invoice is paid in full, and it is converted to a receipt.

  • You want the date of the payment applied to be the current date.
