Selling Products to Someone Who is not a Patient / Client

You may find yourself selling products to individuals who don't have Patient profiles at your clinic. For instance, someone may walk into your clinic looking to purchase a product from your physical clinic's location. We suggest creating a single miscellaneous Patient profile to process and capture these purchases.

Selling Products to Non-Patients

  1. Hover over the Add New button in the header.
  2. Click on Add Patient.
  3. Add first name 'Miscellaneous' and last name 'Purchases'.
  4. Click Save.

Important Note: All in-person purchases should be grouped under the same 'Miscellaneous Purchases' Patient Profile.
