Completing Forms In Person

Sometimes, Patients do not fill out their forms ahead of time when they are emailed to them, so you might have to fill out the forms together in person. When filling out the form in person, you have two options:

Options for In-Person Form Completion

Proceed without lock: You are not locking your Noterro account, so when the Patient has completed filling out their form, they can access your Noterro Account. Proceed without Lock is best used if the Practitioner asks the Patient questions and fills out the form on their computer.

Proceed and Lock: Your Noterro Account will be locked, and you must sign back in to gain access. If the Patient completes the form, they cannot access their Noterro account because it was locked.

Steps to Locate Incomplete Forms

1. Go to Home Page (top left header).
2. Go to Forms and Agreement Box.
3. Locate the Patient and the Incomplete Form.
4. Click the Three Dots.
5. Click Open.
6. Select Proceed without lock or Proceed and Lock.

By following these steps, you can ensure that forms are properly completed and stored, either with or without locking your Noterro account, depending on your preference.
