Managing Clinic Contact Information

As an administrator of Noterro, you have the power to manage your clinic contact information efficiently (I.e. if you need to edit the clinic's name, address, email, phone, logo, or timezone). Let's explore each of these actions and how to perform them.

Editing Information

Your contact information would have been added when you created your account. You may not have added all your information correctly or want to update some of the information.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Select Edit in the General section.
  5. Edit or Update the necessary details, such as the clinic name, address, phone number, email, logo, timezone, and Patient/Client terminology.
  6. Click Save.

Important Note: If the clinic's location does not have "Use this location for billing" enabled, the address in the General section will be used for billing.

Editing Logos

Also, logos must be one of the supported image files (jpg, gif, or png) and less than 3MB in file size. Images will be resized automatically, retaining their aspect ratio. The ideal size of the image is 300px wide by 150px high. Your logo will be used for emails, invoices, and forms.

Ideal logos are transparent .png format, roughly 300px wide by 150px high, and a maximum of 3MB. Many websites can do this. We have found one that is simple to use. Click to convert your logo and follow the instructions.

The currency used on your receipts is automatically set based on your clinic's country. For example, if your country is set to Canada or the United States, the currency used would be dollars ($). However, if your country is set to the United Kingdom, the currency would be GBP (£).
