Activity Logs can be requested to display a detailed breakdown of the user's activity.

  1. Log into Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon.
  3. Select Base Setup.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the Account & Logs section
  5. Click on Request Activity Logs.
  6. Choose the desired Date Range for the activity logs.
  7. Click on the Send Request.

Important Note: One of our team members will contact you to provide your activity logs. Logs are available to request for up to 18 months.
