As the Admin, you can set Practitioner Permissions for what you allow your Practitioners to access within your clinic.
To check what permissions are given to your Practitioners, you need to go into the Practitioner's setup.
Editing Patient details allows your Practitioners to go into the Patient Profile and edit their profile information.
Important Note: The View Patient Email Address and Phone Number are locked to allow Practitioners to access this information.
Clinic Reports include allowing your Practitioner to view clinical data that involves clinic finances and analytics.
Important Note: When Reports are not permitted, the Report icon (top left header) will not appear on the Practitioner account.
The View Clinic Billing Page allows Practitioners to view the Clinic's Billing information. The Practitioner will have access to all the clinic's finances, such as Clinic Billing Records, Packages and Memberships, Insurance, and Claims. The Practitioner will be able to issue invoices and accept payment on behalf of the clinic.
Important Note: If the View Clinic Billing Page is not selected, the Billing Icon (top left header) will not be shown on the Practitioner account.
Managing Billing and Insurance allows your Practitioners to create and view invoices, collect payment and submit insurance claims within the clinic.
Important Note: If Manage Billing and Insurance is not selected, the Practitioner will not be able to create an invoice or accept payment.
Allowing your Practitioner to manage other's calendars involves this Practitioner scheduling, move or cancelling appointments for other Practitioners in the clinic.
Important Note: When Manage Other's Calendar is not permitted, the Practitioner will not be able to move an appointment from their calendar to another Practitioner's calendar.
Allowing the Practitioner to manage their own calendar allows the Practitioner to schedule, move or cancel appointments within their calendar.
Important Note: When Manage Own Calendar is disabled, the Practitioner will not be able to create new appointments or move pre-existing appointments in their calendar. The Practitioner will only be able to view appointments in their calendar and open the pop-out window to create clinical notes.
