Clinics on the Max plan can use the Dedicate Phone Number feature. Having a dedicated phone number means that outbound SMS and Voice calls made on behalf of your clinic come from a number not shared with other Noterro clinics. This provides a few benefits, including:

You'll retain this number if you have an active Noterro account on a Max plan. If your clinic expires or is no longer on the Max plan for more than 30 days, the dedicated number is released and may no longer be available.
No, the dedicated number is only used for Noterro to send Noterro-based messages and phone calls on behalf of your clinic from a dedicated number which is not shared with other Noterro clinics.
Currently, incoming calls to the dedicated number are not received.
With the exception of US-based clinics, we will register the dedicated number in your local area code where possible. US-based clinics will be registered for a toll-free number.
