Configuring the Info Section in the Web Portal

Customize the messaging displayed on your Home and Clinic Info pages. Adding content to this area will enrich the look and feel of the web portal.

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Info section.

Notice Bar

The Notice Bar is a customizable section that appears at the top of your Web Portal & App. It can be used to display important announcements or updates for your patients. To configure the Notice Bar, follow these steps:

  1. Check Display Notice Bar.
  2. Add your Content.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Clinic Info

This is a great opportunity to provide an overview of your clinic. As a recommendation, include some info about your facility, staff, and services.

  1. Add your Content.
  2. Use the desired Formatting tools.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Resource Sequencing

Resource Sequences allows you to define the order in which your Services, Practitioners, and Locations are sequenced and displayed on the Web Portal & App homepage. To configure Resource Sequencing, follow these steps:

  1. Check which Resources you want displayed, such as Services, Practitioners, or Locations.
  2. Change the Sequence by clicking and dragging the six-dot icon.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Service Display Style

You can choose how your services are displayed within the Web Portal & App. Whether you prefer a card view or a list view, you can configure it to suit your preferences. To set up the Service Display Style, follow these steps:

  1. Select Card View or List View.
  2. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

As a general rule, if you have many services, then List View is ideal. If you have fewer services, especially if they have nice imagery, then Card View might be preferred.
