Configuring Your Clinic Branded App

Your very own app lives along side your patient's other apps on their iOS and Android devices! This includes your own App Name and App Icon.

Clinic Branded App

You have the option to create a clinic-branded app for patients/clients to install on their iOS and Android devices. This allows for easy access to your Web Portal & App. To set up your clinic-branded app, follow these steps:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll to the Clinic Branded App section.
5. Click Edit under App Logo to upload your Logo.
6. Enter the App Name (the app name has 45 characters maximum and is the full name, usually displayed in other areas like directory lists of apps).
7. Enter the App Short Name (the app's short name has 12 characters maximum and is displayed on the Home Screen of devices along with the app icon).
8. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
