Configuring Patient User Accounts

You can control whether or not you're accepting new patients. If you are accepting new patients, you can choose which fields are required or optional for them to complete.

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  2. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to the Patient Account section.

New Patient User Accounts

Client User Accounts are required to book online. This is where you set whether or not you want to allow new patients to be able to create accounts.

If Allow New Patients is checked, then new patients can create accounts. If Allow New Patients is unchecked, then new patients cannot create accounts, and you can specify an appropriate message that they will get if they attempt to book without an account.

If you Allow New Patients, then you can select the fields to be displayed when someone is creating a User Account for online booking. A User Account is required for online booking.

  1. Check the desired Fields.
  2. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
