Managing the Clinic's Web Portal Address

Your Web Portal Address is what you will provide to your patients.

Claiming the Web Portal Address

Your Web Portal & App can be accessed through a unique web address. This address is what you will share with your patients. For example, if your clinic name is Therapy House, you could secure the portal address (subdomain) therapyhouse.noterro.com.. To set up your web address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Web Address section.
  5. Click Add New.
  6. Enter your desired web address.
  7. Click Save.

When sharing your web portal address, do not include "www", this will result in an error. Your web address must follow this pattern. https://yourSubdomain.noterro.com

Previewing your Web Portal

Once you've claimed your web portal address and you've enabled the web portal, you can preview your web portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the Open Portal button on the top right of the page.

Edit the Web Portal Address

You may want to make changes to the Web Portal & App address. To edit your web address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Web Address section.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Update the web address.
  7. Click Save Changes.

If you want to delete your web address click Remove after selecting Edit.

QR Code

A QR code can be generated for your Web Portal & App, allowing patients to easily access it using their mobile devices. Display your Portal's QR code anywhere you want your clients to scan it. This could be at your front desk, on business cards, or on any of your marketing material. To access the QR code, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Web Address section.

You must add a web portal address before a QR code can be generated.

Connecting your Website to the Web Portal

Once your Web Portal is enabled, you can link to it from your website, social media accounts and other sources. This can be done using your website's "Add Link" or "Add Button" function, with a destination URL of your Web Portal address.
