Managing Resources in the Web Portal

You have control over the visibility and online booking status of your resources (Services, Practitioners, and Locations) within the Web Portal & App. This allows you to manage their availability and ensure a smooth booking experience for your patients. To configure Resource Visibility & Online Booking Status, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  2. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to the Resource section.
  4. Click on the Name or Edit or any of the Resources you want to update.
