Steps to Enable or Disable Web Portal and App Features

Web Portal & App Features

Within your Web Portal & App, you can enable certain features to enhance the patient/client experience. You can also preview the online booking experience from the Patient/Client perspective. To enable or disable specific features, follow these steps:

  1. Log in as the Admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
  3. Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Features section.
  5. Check the Features you want to enable, such as Online Booking, Forms, Multi-Language, Waitlist, Clinical Notes, Invoices & Receipts, and Help Articles.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
