Combining Services and Add-Ons for Personalized Appointments

To include enhancements like aromatherapy to hot stone treatments or extended treatment time, set them up as add-on services in your Noterro account. These can be linked to regular appointments to offer a more personalized experience for your patients.

Steps to Create Add-on Services

Follow these simple steps to set up add-on services as part of your main offerings:

1. Sign in as the Admin of your clinic account.
2. Click on the Gear icon.
3. Navigate to Base Setup.
4. Click on Services.
5. Next, create a New Service that combines your main service with the add-on in a single entry. For example, if your Hot Stone Therapy is 60 minutes and the Aromatherapy add-on adds 15 minutes, set the total duration to 75 minutes and adjust the price to reflect the complete offering.

Important Note: Noterro does not currently support selecting an add-on as a separate item during bookings, so combining them into one service entry is the best workaround. This integration allows you to offer comprehensive solutions while working within the system's current capabilities.
